QUESTION OF THE WEEK: How Long Do US Consumers Expect the Coronavirus Crisis To Last? When we surveyed US consumers on March 25, the majority of respondents (almost 64%) said that they expect the severe impact of the coronavirus outbreak to last between one and four months. However, the total proportion that expects the crisis to last three months or more stood at 56% on March 25 versus 52% one week earlier.
