Dear Coresight Community,
As the year draws to a close, the entire Coresight Research team would like to thank you for your continued readership and support through 2019. During the year, we launched the Coresight 100, Coresight RetailTech 20, Supply Chain Council and Female Founder Dinner series. Our new website went live, and we attended and participated in dozens of events and conferences—and shared insights for those unable to attend in person. Our advisory work, rooted in our research, expanded exponentially in 2019 to clients in the financial services, technology and property management sectors, as well as our core retailer and brand clients. Our expertise in China market entry continues to attract partners. We connect retailers and brands with our growing global innovator database and Coresight Research mentors.
We are in the early stages of growth and evolution as a firm, but we are moving quickly. We have already grown our team to more than 60 employees in six offices around the world. Next year, we will continue to produce cutting-edge research on all things retail and retail tech—with a focus on China—as well as beauty and wellness. Look for more coverage on sustainability, including the launch of our proprietary sustainability framework and the enhancement ofour Supply Chain Council to include this increasingly important topic.
In 2020, we will further enhance our data offerings, make additional improvements to the look, feel and functionality of our website and continue to focus on the future of the store (our BEST framework), AI in retail (our CORE and SCORE frameworks) and payments.
We will speak at CES and NRF in January, the 6th Retail Leaders Circle MENA Summit in February, Shoptalk in March, the World Retail Congress in April and CBUS 20 Retail Conference in September. We hope to see all of you at these events!
