On March 26, 2019,
Boohoo Group announced that it had acquired the brand and intellectual property assets of MissPap, an online-only women’s fashion brand. On March 13, Drapers.com had reported that MissPap was on the brink of liquidation.
The acquisition adds to Boohoo Group’s collection of brands: As well as its eponymous Boohoo brand, these include PrettyLittleThing (acquired in January 2017) and Nasty Gal (acquired in February 2017).

3Q19 update in January, the company noted that PrettyLittleThing revenues were up 96% year over year and Nasty Gal revenues were up 76%, while Boohoo brand revenues were up by a more modest 14% year over year.
